Visits from designated support persons suspended on the Extended Care Unit at Chaleur Regional Hospital

Bathurst, Thursday, February 17, 2022 – Vitalité Health Network would like to inform the public that visits from designated support persons are suspended on the Extended Care Unit (4th West) at Chaleur Regional Hospital in Bathurst.

This is due to the presence of symptoms of gastroenteritis in patients and staff on that unit. This ban on visits will remain in place until further notice.

The Network apologizes for any inconvenience this situation may cause.
