Oncology patients: An appointment is very valuable!

Moncton, Tuesday, July 5, 2022 – Vitalité Health Network reminds oncology patients how important it is for them to show up for their appointments at the scheduled date and time.

Care delivery is currently being reorganized at the Dr. Léon-Richard Oncology Centre in Moncton, following the announcement that three specialists are leaving. The Network is doing everything in its power to meet patients’ needs and ensure continuity of care.

An appointment is very valuable

With resources being limited, it’s very important for oncology patients to show up for their appointments. 

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify the Network as soon as possible; we will be pleased to offer you a new appointment that suits you better. We will also be able to offer the cancelled appointment to another patient and thereby maximize service delivery.

The Network thanks patients and their loved ones for their understanding during this period of reorganization.
